If you change a regular bulb to an LED bulb, you'll need more wattage pulled from your car, or the car will think the bulb is out. So yeah, you need 1 load resistor per signal bulb you've pulled out.

All bulbs are different, but you should expect all decent LED bulbs to last 3-6 months at least. The reality is, these things are very inexpensive to buy in bulk, and even with a multiple year warranty, big companies can profit even after sending you multiple replacements for crap product. I choose to give a 6 month warranty and sell a great product.

While I appreciate doing homework, and judging numbers on paper, I think the idea of buying based on manufacturer stated Lumen ratings is just buying based on fake hype. Many companies claim their bulbs have a lumen rating that's much higher, without ever testing. They add LEDs with lumen rating, then multiply that by how many LEDs they use on each product. That's not a realistic measure of output, but it looks great on the side of a box.
